Custom Orders

A: Yes, this can be made for you. Kindly send us an email on support@seamstresslagos.com or send us a message via WhatsApp on +2347037604135. Please note that this will be considered a bespoke order and an extra charge may apply.

A: Kindly provide us your custom measurements i.e BUST, WAIST, HIP and ROUND SLEEVE in the notes before checkout. Please be informed that custom orders incur extra charges.

Please note that custom sized outfits can neither be exchanged or returned. It’s important to know that the EverydaybySL product range cannot be customized.

A: We ensure that all our garments are carefully crafted using the measurements provided. However if you still wish to contact us kindly reach us via email at support@seamstresslagos.com or send us a message via WhatsApp on + 2347037604135 to have this sorted.

Orders, Cancellations and exchanges

A: To cancel your order kindly send us an email at support@seamstresslagos.com within 4 hours of placing the order or send us a message via WhatsApp on +2347037604135. After this time we might be unable to make any edits to your order i.e canceling the order, changing shipping information or order information color or size. If we are successfully able to cancel your order a 20% item value will be subtracted from your refund to cover for costs incurred. 

A: Yes, you can. To change  your order, kindly send us an email at support@seamstresslagos.com or send us a message via WhatsApp on +2347037604135 within 4 hours of placing your initial order.

A: To change the color or size of your order, kindly send an email to support@seamstresslagos.com or send us a message via WhatsApp +2347037604135 within 4 hours of placing your order.

A: We are so sorry about this.  We ensure that all our garments are carefully crafted and match the specific outfit you ordered. Kindly send us an email at support@seamstresslagos.com or send us a message via WhatsApp on +2347037604135 to have this sorted within 24 hours of receipt of item.

A: Kindly send us an email at support@seamstresslagos.com or send us a WhatsApp message on +2347037604135 with a picture/video indicating the default within 24 hours of receipt of items.

A: Yes, you can. Kindly include this in your custom notes when ordering or you can send us a message via WhatsApp on +2347037604135 indicating this.

A: Please be sure you refresh your mail and check your spam folder. If you didn’t get a notification still, kindly send us an email at support@seamstresslagos.com or send us a message via WhatsApp on +2347037604135 as soon as possible.

A: Yes you can exchange an item. Kindly see our exchange and return policy here.

Seamstress Lagos doesn’t offer returns or exchanges on outfits that are customized. However, for customized outfit alterations can be made where necessary at no cost.  Please note that the client will bear the logistics cost of this to and fro. For more details on the process for alterations kindly send us a message on WhatsApp +2347037604135 or an email support@seamstresslagos.com

Customized items means that measurements that were provided by the Clients that does not fit into our  size guide or when a different sleeve or length outside our basic, tall and petite measurements is provided to be used e.g Client provides in the notes box bust 36 inches waist 29 inches and hips 40 inches this is close to our size 10 measurements but not quite so it will be considered as a customized item.

A: After we have received and inspected the garment please allow 3 – 7 working days for it to be processed.

A: Items purchased with store credits are non exchangeable. 

Shipping

A: Yes, we deliver to all states within Nigeria. We also deliver world wide. 

A: Yes, we ship outside of Nigeria using DHL except otherwise stated.

A: For local standard orders (within Nigeria) it takes 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. A notification will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is ready to be shipped. And an email will be sent to you a day before your order is shipped out. 

For international orders it takes 5 -10 business days for your order to be processed as all garments are made to order. A notification will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is ready to be shipped alongside your tracking details. 

Please note that orders placed during sale periods or new launch periods might take up to 7 – 12 business days for both local and international shipping due to high increased demand.

A: Unfortunately local orders cant be tracked at this time however for all international orders a tracking number will be sent to you via email as soon as your item is shipped.

A: Yes, we offer express services on all orders at a different fee. For more information on our express services kindly send us an email at support@seamstresslagos.com or a message via WhatsApp +2347037604135.

A:  Please note that if your item isn’t delivered due to you being unreachable when the shipper gets to you, your item will be sent back to Seamstress Lagos. A new shipping will be scheduled and the cost of the new shipping will be paid by you. This will be communicated to you via email or WhatsApp.

A: Free standard delivery is only available on online orders of N250,000 or more spent in a single transaction and applies to orders within Nigeria only. This option is limited to quantities below 10 pieces of clothing. For deliveries to be eligible they have to be placed by a certain time

A: Yes you can however Seamstress Lagos doesn’t offer returns or exchanges on outfits that are customized. Please note that the client will bear the logistics cost of this to and fro. A: All sale items are final and can’t be exchanged.

A: No, we don’t accept payment on delivery. All orders must be paid for in full before delivery.

A: Yes, you can. Kindly select the pick up option whilst selecting from shipping options. An email will be sent to you booking your pick up appointment. Please note that a means of identification will be required upon pick up

However, please note that once orders are processed, they cannot be cancelled or modified. Where a wrong address is provided, and items are undeliverable at first attempt, you will be charged for a second delivery attempt.
