1.1 ONLINE SHOPPING
a) By using/shopping on our website,you consent that all enquiries and orders made are lawful and not fraudulent.
b) You will be expected to provide the right information as required to complete your order.Navigating our website is pretty seamless. A step by step method on navigating our website has been detailed under placing your order.
1.2 PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
a) Seamstresslagos will always ensure that all garments are accurately stocked on the website (price, color, garment description). However, in a situation where there is supply difficulty in terms of fabric or color, we are sure to inform you and offer a substitute(s).If you are not interested in the substitute provided we’ll make sure you receive a refund in full including any shipping costs paid.
1.3 PAYMENT INFORMATION
a) Our payment options include bank transfer and card payment.We do not accept payment upon delivery. All payments must be paid in full including delivery cost before orders are shipped.
b) You agree to provide current, up to date and complete account information for all purchases made on this website so we are able to complete your transactions.
c) All products and services on the website are in NGN (Nigerian naira).
1.4 ORDER REFUSAL
a) We reserve the right to take down, add or edit any products on this website at any time without prior notice. We will do our best in making sure all orders are processed and fulfilled; however, there may be exceptions in which we have to decline an order even after an order confirmation has been sent. We will not be answerable to reasons why we have taken down/ edited any products from this website or why we have refused to process any order from the website.
b) If we are unable to fulfill your order or provide the necessary services at any point, we will inform you as soon as we can.
1.5 ORDER CANCELLATION
a) As a consumer you are able to cancel your order within 4 hours of placing the order.We will ask you the reason why you are opting to cancel the order and if a refund is available.
1.6 ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
a) We will ensure that all information on this website is correct and free of any errors, omissions or inaccuracies. However, there might be occasional inaccuracies or exclusions
that may relate to product description and availability, pricing, shipping information and charges. We reserve the right to correct these errors or inaccuracies without prior notice even after your order has been confirmed.
1.7 ALTERATIONS
a) We are able to alter outfits ordered on the website at no cost. The consumer will bear the cost of shipping to and fro.
b) We do not alter outfits that were not produced by us.
1.8 EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
a) Items may be returned to be exchanged within 7 calendar days of receipt of purchase, in the exact conditions and packaging If 7 calendar days have gone by since the purchase unfortunately we will not be able to exchange.
b) Please ensure that there are no makeup stains, fragrance or deodorant stains on the garments when trying on as they will not be eligible for exchange.
Garments must not have been altered or washed in any way.
c) Please note that customized items DON’T qualify for a refund. Customized items means that measurements that were provided didn’t fit into our exact size guide or when a different sleeve or garment length outside our basic, tall and petite lengths is provided to be used e.g Client provides in the notes box bust 36 inches waist 29 inches and hips 40 inches this is close to our size 10 measurements but not quite so it will be considered as a customized item. Another example is if a client wants their dress to be 39” in length this doesn’t fall under any of our dress lengths and will be classified as customized.
d) Please note that we only give refunds when an item is delivered faulty and an exchange can’t be made.
e) Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
f) Kindly note that this is a strict policy as it is important to us that all our customers have a seamless shopping experience with us.

a) These terms of service and any other agreements whereby we provide you services shall be guided by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
